Hope is Here!

Today is a historic day. The United States of America is swearing in the first African-American President. It's about time!!
President Obama took over as President at 12:00pm est. and can I just say the feeling of hope I have for this nation increased ten-fold. People may think it's silly that a nation or actually the world can have this much faith in one man but it's not. I know he will do a great job!! You just have to believe. My hope is that everyone who believes in this country will stand behind this man (no matter what your beliefs) and support him while he takes on one of the most difficult jobs in the world! OK, I spoke my peace on this subject!

To celebrate this historic night I had a small gather with my sisters and cousins. I made sauce less spaghetti, garlic bread and salad. It was a great little dinner party. It was lot of fun to get together for a dinner on a Tuesday night. I think we might actually start Tuesday Family Dinner Nights! Fun times!!! See what great things the President has started already!! Thanks Mr. President!!!

More to come!
xoxo

I can't explain what happens when I read your blog and then check it no less than 30 times a day but don't comment. I don't know what happens. LOL But rest assured, I do read your posts, I look forward to them, and I get annoyed when you don't do it. LOL :)

P.S. Our grub was fantastic. And watching Yo Yo Ma was great too. Did you read that they pulled an Ashlee Simpson and used a recording?

Thanks for being a loyal blogstalker. However, as much as you like to read my postings I also like to read the comments. That is the only reason I complain when no one blogs. : )

What are you talking about they used a recording?? I'm confused.
