Here is the background. That evening after the bar closed and when we were leaving I took Ashley's cigarettes from her and hid them from her just as a joke. Little did I know she would go crazy and give us one of the best laughs we have all had in a long time!! Now for those of you that have seen Step Brothers there are a few references that you will get but for those that didn't don't worry no one was raped in the making of these videos!!
OK, enough talk. Now it is just for fun that I'm posting these and because I think they are freaking funny! I have decided I want a video camera following me to capture all the funny things we say after a night of drinking. Alyssa are you for hire?? Your cinematography was great!! It's like true TMZ footage here!!
Let me set this video up. This is before we left the bar and Ashley and Alyssa are in the front seat.
In this video I'm driving Ashley home and it was time to start the Intervention!! BTW that is my favorite show so I'm always looking for someone I can have one for....thanks Ashley!! : )
Now we have pulled over but the intervention continues......

Those were the funniest things I have ever seen!!!
1) Why was Adam's name mentioned in the first video when you are talking about rape?
2) Watching those made me wish I went back there even more....I totally want the Thanksgiving trip even more now. How many candle shows do I need to have to get back to Iowa.
3) Why were you guys just stopped in the middle of the street?
4) The whole time I kept wondering what the heck the flashing light was coming from and then at the very end you can hear stephanie and it all made sense. She was your paperazi (i know i spelled it wrong)
All in all, I am impressed and even more jealous.
Convince Ashley and Erika to come out a few days before the wedding so we can all go drinking. My last day at work is 10/20...

1) We were talking about an Adam that lives in Lenox, not your Adam.
2) You should come back for Thanksgiving, it would be a good time.
3) We were stopped in front of my parents' house and we were kinda in the middle of the street.
4) The paparazzi (i don't know if i spelled that right either) was great.

I didn't watch them today, but I have a couple of times and I laugh every time, usually with a couple of tears. Good times. It never occurred to me that it looked like we were in the middle of the road. Video is fun but the key is
1. dont be so tipsy you think you're recording when in actuality you aren't.
2. try to video when people don't know.

Thanks for the clarification on the Adam. I figured that was the case, but you know, Adam also has an aka of Scott Peterson, so I figured it was best to ask for clarification. I actually think I will blog about that and post the video....
I am glad to see the videos are a hit! I laugh watching them, thinking about them, and talking about them! It was a great night even with all the rape and intervention talk!
As for being in the middle of the street that is my bad. I was the driver but there was no other traffic coming so I felt safe stopping there!

What I observed which I am not sure anyone else did was how well the songs playing on the radio in the background just seemed to fit with each of the video clips! Having taken part in the eventful night as a witness/participant I have to say that nothing will beat the Ashley vs. Lindsay rape accusation! Priceless! Stepbrothers flashed right before my eyes.....I think I am going to purchase a "Nanny" cam and carry it around with me disguised as a lapel pin or something. This way I can catch all the real stuff that goes down AZ style! Maybe we can get our own reality show like The Hills or something! What would we be called.....The Valley or something cool like that? I don't know! Fun times!
